P for pure pleasure – and P for paloria. No coincidence. ;-) Good food and good living come high on our list: arrive, switch off, sun on your skin, eat really well and sleep even better. Whether you are back from the trail, off the piste or have spent the whole day by the pool – here, enjoyment can be anything you like. And that is exactly the point.

Pool bar
In the warm months our self-service pool bar opens. Cakes, tarts, ice cream or a cold beer, right by the saltwater pool.
Breakfast
Every morning we deliver oven-fresh bread rolls from the village bakery to your door.
In the low season, you can also order our breakfast basket for two: bread and croissants from the bakery, cheese, butter, honey, jam, seasonal fruit, apple crisps, orange or apple juice and one hot drink per person – delivered straight to your apartment. For active days, there’s the bigger version with egg, a slice of Renate’s cake and yoghurt with homemade granola per person.
Summer flavours
In summer everything moves outdoors. Aperitivo by the pool, fresh fruit straight from the farmer, a glass of wine on the terrace looking over Merano – with Renate's cake on the side. The warm season tastes especially good here.
Winter flavours
Winter is the cosy season. Törggelen, mulled wine after a ski tour, homemade South Tyrolean specialities – the cold months have their own paloria flair.
Culture
Shopping under the arcades of Merano, wandering the lanes of Bolzano, tasting at a winery in the Überetsch or simply stopping at a village market to see what the farmers have brought today. South Tyrol is a mix of alpine and Mediterranean, and you feel it everywhere. In the architecture, in the food, in the way people live here. Best of all: from paloria you are right in the middle of it.
