Power with style
From farmhouse to powerhouse
The house where paloria stands today is one of the oldest farms in Oberplars. Built in the 12th century, back then part of the church of Oberplars. In 1977 Renate's husband took over the farm from his parents and turned it into a guesthouse. First a bed and breakfast, from 2002 Residence Niedermair. Renate ran it for more than 35 years, until Julia took over in 2016 and rethought the whole thing: new name, new look, new energy. What stayed: the house, the family and Renate's cakes by the pool.
